This Course is ideal for anyone who wishes to study on a part time basis and learn all aspects of both natural and artificial nail treatments. It is an intensive course which trains you in all the skills, knowledge and techniques of the Nail Industry.

Career/Progression |
Becoming a nail technician can increase your salon earnings dramatically by working in your salon or as a free lance therapist 6 treatments per week, costing €35 can generate additional revenue up to €10,080 per year. We recommened on completion of this course to progress forward onto our 3d Acrylic course to futher develop your skills. You will be qualified to work in or open your own nail salon/bar. You could also gain employment on cruise ships, in department stores, beauty salons or as a mobile nail technician. |
Course Outline
This course gives you the knowledge and the practical experience that you will need for nail therapies. This course is suited to learners who have no experience in the industry and want to begin a career in the nail therapy industry or learners who have already completed a short course in Gel Nails and/or Acrylic Nails and wish to advance their qualifications to an Internationally recognised Diploma.

Preparation of working area
Manicure, Pedicure treatment techniques

Nail Extension systems to include application maintenance/refill and removal
Gel Nails with nail art, glitters, builder french/color french and with gel paint
Acrylic Nails
Silk Wraps & Fibreglass
Gel toe nails
Nail repairs
Paraffin wax Treatments
Hot Oil treatments
Photoshoot: Learners will start building their portfolio of work from their first course, on the 11th week of the course each learner will complete a photoshoot with two looks with our Resident photographer Tomasz Kornas €50 for prints.
