Electrical epilation or electrolysis as it is more commonly known is still the only FDA approved method of permanent hair removal. Holding a CIBTAC or ITEC qualification in electrical epilation will enable you to pursue a career working in a beauty salon, cosmetic or aesthetic clinic in different countries around the world, as these are international qualifications. After gaining experience, you can progress onto supervisor, manager or even open your own clinic or salon. You can also return to college to study advanced electrolysis, allowing you to remove thread veins, naevi and skin tags.
