Summer 2013 I started my makeup artistry course in Sharon Leavy College under the careful observation of Adele miley. This course lasted 8 weeks including a fantastic opportunity to have my own portfolio with a photo shoot and a professional photographer. I thoroughly enjoyed this course which opened many opportunities for me in the Beauty industry and began to generate a client basis. I then started my full time Beauty therapy course which appeared to be quite daunting on the first day but quickly made great friends and began to understand the path I wanted to take. Fantastic coaching, help and support from my well experienced tutors and the best notes (which later became very helpful) gave me everything i needed to get the grades i wanted. Being placed in a high standard salon in Tullamore from work experience during my course opened many doors in allowing me to get a job in a wonderful salon today. I could not recommend this college enough. It provides you with everything you need to achieve your dream and I definitely achieved mine. Niamh Darch, Daingean, Co. Offaly
